These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or request services from Shine Cleaning & Moving Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This page is a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by a professional before you rely on it.
Quotes and estimates
Prices we share before a job are estimates based on the details you provide. The final price may change if the actual size, condition, or scope of the work differs from what was described. We will talk through any change with you before extra work is done.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property or items at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the site or the job cannot go ahead through no fault of ours, a rescheduling or trip fee may apply.
Pack and ship
For auction and estate pack and ship, we handle small and mid-size items only. We do not pack or ship furniture, oversized freight, or hazardous goods. Responsibility for packing and shipping an item passes to us once it leaves the auction house or pickup location, under the simple release wording we share before pickup. Carrier transit times and any declared value are provided by the shipping carrier and subject to the carrier terms.
What we do not handle
We do not provide junk hauling or dumpster removal. If a request falls outside what we offer, we will tell you so we can point you in the right direction.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed when we confirm your quote. Amounts are due as stated on your quote or invoice.
Limitation of liability
We take care on every job. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
