What areas do you serve?
We are based in Middletown and cover all of Monmouth County plus nearby Middlesex County towns, up to about 30 miles. A small travel fee applies past 15 miles.
How do I get a price?

Do you do estate or whole-house cleanouts?
Yes. We clear houses, apartments, garages, and basements before a sale, a renovation, or a new tenant. Donations go to a donation center, the rest goes by dumpster on site or a licensed hauler, and we leave the place broom clean or add a deep clean.
What happens to the things you clear out?
You decide what stays and what goes to family. We drop donations at a donation center or arrange a pickup. What is left goes by dumpster on site or a licensed hauler, quoted per job.
I am an executor and I live out of state. Can you still do the cleanout?
Yes. We work from a lockbox with your written instructions and send photos before and after.
Do you help with downsizing or unpacking if I am not moving far?
Yes. Downsizing, decluttering, and organizing work with or without a move, and resettling means we unpack and set up the new place.
Do you move furniture to the new house?
We pack, unpack, and resettle, and on move day we work alongside your movers.
Can you handle painting or repairs before I list or rent?
We coordinate painting and small fixes through our partners as part of property preparation, and quote that work separately so you see each piece.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring what we need for the job. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
Can you come after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Offices are often cleaned after hours, and we take weekend jobs when we can. Online quotes are open 24/7.
What do you not handle?
For pack and ship we handle small and mid-size items only, not furniture, oversized freight, or hazardous goods. For cleanouts we do not take hazardous materials or hoarding-level jobs.
How does auction pack and ship work?
We pick up from the auction house or estate sale, pack small and mid-size items carefully, and ship them by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For larger or higher-value items we share simple release wording first.
Can I set up recurring cleaning?
Yes, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Recurring visits cost less per clean than a one-time booking.
